1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of all services, equipment, facilities, and activities provided by RetroPlayground. By entering the Club, participating in any gaming session, tournament, event, or making use of Club resources, all members, guests, and visitors (“Users”) agree to comply with these Terms. Continued access or use of the Club signifies acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Membership and Access

• Membership may be required to enjoy certain benefits such as discounted tokens, exclusive game access, or participation in Club tournaments. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to approval.
• Guests may enter the Club without membership but may be restricted in terms of promotional offers or access to special activities.
• Users must be of legal age to independently sign agreements. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by an adult when required.
• The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate access to anyone who fails to comply with these Terms or behaves disruptively.

3. Use of Equipment and Facilities

• All arcade machines, gaming consoles, simulators, and other entertainment equipment must be used responsibly.
• Users shall not tamper with, damage, or attempt to modify the equipment. Costs for repair or replacement due to negligence may be charged.
• Tokens, game cards, or other credit systems purchased within the Club are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas to avoid damage to equipment.

4. Health and Safety

• Users must follow all health and safety rules, including posted instructions for using arcade machines, VR systems, or simulators.
• The Club is not liable for injuries caused by reckless use, disregard of safety instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.
• The Club maintains a smoke-free environment. Alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Events and Competitions

• The Club may organize tournaments, contests, or special events. Participation may require registration and agreement to event-specific rules.
• The Club reserves the right to alter schedules, cancel events, or change formats without prior notice.
• Prizes awarded during competitions are final and non-exchangeable.

6. Code of Conduct

• Users must show respect toward staff, other players, and the gaming environment. Harassment, abusive language, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploitation of games and systems is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent banning.
• Users are responsible for their personal belongings. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All purchases, including entry fees, memberships, and token packages, are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• The Club reserves the right to adjust pricing, introduce new packages, or discontinue existing offers at any time.
• Refunds, if considered, will only be processed under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Club strives to maintain all equipment in proper working order; however, technical malfunctions may occur. The Club is not liable for disruptions caused by equipment failure or maintenance.
• Users participate in games and activities at their own risk. The Club will not be responsible for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss unless caused by proven negligence.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions, or guarantees regarding services are excluded.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Club may collect and process personal data for membership registration, event management, and service improvement.
• Personal information will be handled securely and only used for internal purposes.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

10. Amendments to Terms

• The Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes become effective upon posting within the Club premises or through official communication channels.
• Continued use of the Club after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Club operates.
